I'm shopping for a house
I do not want to pay rent anymore. I want so badly to be able to stay put with the kids...I wasn't too sure about my credit and that would have been the only thing holding me back....Good news..It sucks..No its good enough. Got pre approved and we will be in our new home any year now...Wish me luck...

I will one day live in a house with a huge wrap around front porch. That's pretty much my goal, oh and we must have at least a couple acres of land too. I don't like neighbors much, lol.
The 'wrap around porch' is a must.
I no longer own a home...I travel too much. When you have 'put down roots', owning your own home is to be preferred. It is funny, but the attainment of the 'American Dream' is easier to achieve in Canada. Go figure.
where I live right now the kids have nothing but a parking lot to play in. there is no yard.....the porch I would love....the kids just want a yard...I'm 32....don't know what took me so long to decide on this..
at least you'd get some popsicles out of that second place. :)
